I am really glad I went to Creighton’s Career Fair last fall. My triple major in entrepreneurship, marketing and Spanish—and the fact that I go to Creighton—were just what the management team at Target was looking for when they offered me the internship position. Creighton students have a good reputation for having leadership and critical thinking skills and there are many positions available to us here in Omaha with companies that are close to campus.

I look at my internship position as a leadership experience, where I can apply the management philosophies and marketing strategies I’ve learned and practiced here at Creighton. I have taken on a lot of responsibilities and I feel confident that I can handle everything that is handed to me. Every day in this internship is a learning experience and I know I am developing my management skills through this position. It has been an awesome opportunity.
