Application Checklist

If you have submitted an application to Creighton, you can find out whether the other materials necessary to complete your application have been received.

While Creighton has rolling admissions, the following materials are due by January 6, 2010, to receive priority scholarship consideration:

• Application for Undergraduate Admission and Scholarship
• Official high school transcripts and grading scale (sent directly from your high school)
• Guidance Counselor Evaluation
• Official ACT or SAT I Scores (writing scores not required for ACT/SAT)
• Personal Statement
• Service, leadership, and activities resume (for students who want to be considered for Ignatian Scholarship for service and leadership)
• Teacher recommendation(s) (optional—may be teacher, mentor, advisor, etc.)

To review your personal checklist, you will need to provide the following:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth

NOTE: The Application Checklist only works for domestic incoming freshman, not for transfer or international students.

The Application Checklist will begin working for new applicants within approximately two business days of the application submission.
