Creighton University was founded in 1878 by Mary Lucretia Creighton, whose husband Edward Creighton built the transcontinental telegraph with his brother John Creighton. The university is named in their honor.
Creighton is located in the heart of the United States in Omaha, Nebraska.

Plan on attending the Involvement Fair held in the Skutt Student Center each fall to learn about all the different extra-curricular activities Creighton has to offer.
