Undergraduate Admissions

iJay Store

Creighton's iJay Store, an Apple Authorized Campus Store, offers Apple products and services along with accessories from Apple and other brands tailored to your needs as a student at Creighton University! The iJay is conveniently located on campus on the second floor of the Harper Center. It's a unique partnership between educational and commercial interests, as it doubles as an education center. Students have the opportunity to gain real world, hands-on experience running a retail store while facilitating conversations and collaboration about technology between students and faculty members.

Computer Recommendations

Creighton's undergraduate colleges have recommended computer configurations for students coming to Creighton. The combination of a laptop and an iPad is recommended, giving you the tools necessary to succeed in college and beyond.

To get the most out of your computer, you have access to Microsoft Office for free. You can also purchase additional Microsoft software at a discount through Creighton (NetID and Blue password required).

Labs All Over Campus

Students who want to leave their laptop in their room can get online at one of the Student Technology Labs. There are labs located in most residence halls, Skutt Student Center and several academic buildings. All Student Technology Labs are connected to the University's centralized printing system. A nominal fee is charged per page for printing.

Wireless All Over Campus

Wireless is available in many public spaces including all three libraries, the Skutt Student Center and the lobby of each residence hall. Notebook computers should have an 802.11a/b/g/n wireless card to access the wireless network.

Broadband in Your Room

At Creighton University, each residence hall room is equipped with high speed internet access and cable television. Each room has one or more cable modems that have four Ethernet ports so you and your roommate(s) can connect all of your internet enabled devices. For connection to the wired network you will need a 10/100 Ethernet adapter. The Student Service Desk can help install and configure your Ethernet adapter for connection to the network.
